The RSA is one of the largest voluntary support organisations in NZ.
For 100+ years they have supported NZ Defence force personnel and their families, helping in all areas of life - such as, medical care, companion dogs, school fees, and emotional support/counseling. Juggling outdated narratives, a legacy of memberships and clubs, and publicly representative of only one generation of members, the RSA are on a journey to bring a fresh take to an old story.
We designed and built a website that cultivates new and existing connections, giving care and consideration to each engagement. With clearer touch points, current military personnel and veterans can now see the full-suite of support available to them. Refactoring content structures and new design elements have given the RSA a stronger digital presence to better tell their story.
