Kia ora. Hello.
At PS/digital, we believe businesses can and should be a force for good. This report is a cumulation of our efforts in the past year, to continue fostering positive change in the work that we do and the relationships we hold.
As we look back to reflect, we also take our learnings forward to help build a better, more responsible business focused on driving meaningful impact.
Together with our team we chose 5 areas to measure year upon year. These are, social impact, championing client success, knowledge sharing, sustainability, and health & wellbeing.
The following report is based on the last financial year, 1 April 2023 - 31 March 2024.
Being a certified B Corp is way more than just a certificate; it’s a mindset that prioritises doing good. It’s the start of a new chapter in the PS/ journey.
For our staff this means more transparency and accountability and for our clients it is evidence that we are doing the right thing.

In 2023, we completed the rebuild of Clubs NZ’s existing iOS and Android apps.
With this partnership, we were able to breathe new life into the app, reducing administration time, while enabling better connections between clubs and their members. With digital membership management, and a new interactive map members are now able to explore all 300 clubs across Aotearoa, according to interest and location.
Through incredible, digital partnerships we support our clients.

With an ongoing partnership of over 15-years, we were asked to help bring Maree Glading’s latest vision to life. Back in December 2021, Evre. was launched, a gentle and balancing skincare range specially formulated for younger skin. Over the past year, we have continued to help extend the brand with each new product release. The collateral, packaging, and point of sale solutions all come to life with the bright and colourful designs. We are now proud to see Evre. being sold in Farmers stores nationwide, a huge win for our client!
We believe in collective learning and teaching that empowers individuals, teams, and communities.

We giveaway ‘Marketing Boosts’ to Wellington-based businesses, at no cost, to support our local economy and share our honed knowledge.
These Marketing Boosts are an opportunity to reach out to our community, helping small businesses in Wellington achieve their own marketing goals.
This year we worked with three amazing Wellington founded businesses. Here’s what they had to say about our time together,
“Attending the PS/digital workshop was a real eye opener into the world of marketing. Learning how to get the best out of the tools available is a game changer. Caroline and the team helped me form a more direct plan for my social media platforms going forward, already it feels less daunting and more fun! “ ~ Tina from Body of Work
“PS Digital's Marketing Boost was fantastic, they really took the time to tailor the session to the stage we're at in business - Bella let me know where I was going well with my digital marketing and where I could look to lift my game, with simple actionable steps that were specific to our industry and customer base” ~ Hannah from Iris Store + Studio
“The workshop was great; I really appreciated that PS/digital tailored it to suit what we are setting out to achieve as a company. I feel much more confident in our digital marketing efforts equipped with the knowledge and tips that Bella shared; it was wonderful to hear from someone who knows what they're talking about!” ~ Jackson from Inverted Citizens.
We're on a journey towards sustainability, always looking for ways to implement eco-conscious practices in our business.

Over the past years, we have reflected on our environmental impact by considering our behaviours around waste.
By looking at our everyday habits, we found areas to make small but impactful changes. Such as, removing individual bins from each of our desks. While this may seem insignificant, each bin had the equivalent of one plastic rubbish bag and there was one for each of our team.
Now we use three bins from the Wellington based business Method, centralising our waste into one place with recycling options included. Since the change, we have noticed a significant drop in how much rubbish we accumulate over the week. Every little bit helps.
We're dedicated to nurturing a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.

We were honoured to have Lara Phillips from Draw it out in our space for a morning, hosting her ‘drawing-for-wellbeing’ workshop for the team.
It was an opportunity to put down our tools, pick-up the crayons and take time to check in with ourselves. Through the guided session we were encouraged to reflect and hone in on how we were feeling and where we were at. It was a great reminder to make room for self-expression and mental well-being in our daily lives.
