Impact Report 2024-25

Kia ora. Hello.

At PS/digital, we’ve always believed in using business as a force for good. Now, in our third impact report and two years into our B Corp certification, we’re proud to share the progress we’ve made—and the lessons that continue to shape us.

This report is a reflection of the small but deliberate steps we’ve taken to grow a more responsible, people-first business with long term impact.

Together with our team we chose 5 areas to measure year upon year. These are, social impact, championing client success, knowledge sharing, sustainability, and health & wellbeing. 

The following report is based on the last financial year, 1 April 2024 - 31 March 2025.

We’re proud to be part of a purpose-driven community. 2 years into our B Corp journey, it’s become more than a certification- it’s a mindset that guides how we work, live and show up in the world.

In the Spotlight

 

Barnardos Aotearoa - New Zealand’s largest children’s charity who offer a broad range of services for tamariki and whānau throughout NZ.

In 2024, we helped empower their digital presence by migrating their three websites, setting a stronger foundation for impact. Since then, we’ve continued as a trusted support partner providing ongoing improvements, integrations (including Raisley as their new donation platform), and reliable technical support across DNS, upgrades, and more.

We’ve been lucky to partner with some incredible clients on campaigns that really deliver.

For Pinnacle Pools, we worked with Ian and Rob on a full brand refresh—including a new website, social media, and Google Ads. In just one month, we helped increase leads by a massive 350%.

Meanwhile, Wellington Electricity tapped us to help raise awareness around off-peak power. Using YouTube Ads, our campaign view rate came in 20% above the industry average and reached over half a million New Zealanders. Real results for real impact.

Creative Comms Collective Talk

This year, Richard joined Tom from Diagram: AI + Digital Strategy to deliver an inspiring presentation at Creative Comms Collective, exploring the potential of AI for not-for-profit organisations. The talk focused on demystifying AI and highlighting its practical opportunities, sparking important conversations that will help empower the nonprofit sector to create even greater impact.

Westpac Smarts Talk

Richard also presented at a Westpac New Zealand and Wellington Chamber of Commerce event, where he shared '3 Marketing Hacks', actionable insights designed to help businesses level up their marketing in a fast-changing digital landscape.

Sustainability

We're on a journey towards sustainability, always looking for ways to implement eco-conscious practices in our business.

In the Spotlight

 

We’re continuing to explore the environmental footprint of the work we do, starting with how websites are hosted, stored, and served online. This year, we began digging into how to better measure the energy use and emissions associated with website hosting, including the impact of data storage and transfer.

It’s an area we know has real potential for change, and we’re committed to building our understanding so we can make smarter, lower-impact choices both for the sites we create and the clients we support.

Health & Wellbeing

We're dedicated to nurturing a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.

In the Spotlight


As part of our focus on holistic wellbeing, we introduced a series of breathwork sessions led by Emotional Leadership Practitioner Steve Hill. These sessions supported our team in developing greater resilience, clarity, and focus through guided breathing techniques.

This breathwork series is part of our broader approach to cultivating wellbeing that supports the mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing across our team.
