Kia ora. Hello.
We welcome you to our very first Impact Report.
This report marks our commitment to fostering positive change in the work that we do and the relationships we build with our clients, our people, and our community. We are proud of what we have achieved in the last 15 years and it’s only just the beginning.
The following report is based on the last financial year, 1 April 2022 - 31 March 2023
We wanted to challenge ourselves as an organisation to be better, be more transparent and measure the impact of our actions. We hope that this will inspire others.

We are proud to have partnered with Volunteer Service Abroad Te Tūao Tāwāhi (VSA) on their campaign this year.
Established in 1962, VSA is the country’s largest and most trusted international volunteer organisation. We helped them launch their nationwide 'Change Your Scene' campaign with engaging Google and YouTube ads. The campaign was centered around reaching potential volunteers, and sharing the work that VSA does to develop the skills of individuals and businesses overseas in developing nations. Through online promotion and a digital marketing push we were able to share VSA’s mission and grow their brand awareness in a new audience.
Through incredible, digital partnerships we support our clients.

Since 2014, we have partnered with Wellington Electricity to communicate key messages to their users.
In 2022, we partnered on an educational campaign that provided people living and working in the Wellington Region with helpful, informative advice on minimising their energy footprint and reducing household costs. Creating a range of different interactive tools, animations, and accessible content that is hosted online, has enabled we* to continue providing people with the knowledge to make a safer, more sustainable electricity network beyond the life-span of the campaign.
We believe in collective learning and teaching that empowers individuals, teams, and communities.

We giveaway ‘Marketing Boosts’ to Wellington-based businesses, at no cost, to support our local economy and share our honed knowledge.
These Marketing Boosts are an opportunity to reach out to our community, helping small businesses in Wellington achieve their own marketing goals.
This year we did a workshop which focused on teaching Founder, Adair Cameron effective and practical ways to help build awareness in the travel industry, increase bookings and build a loyal following on Instagram and Facebook for her premium travel and event management business, ‘Red Hot Travel & Events ’

Reusabowls
A wellington business looking to reduce waste, through a circular economy. Since implementing these bowls in our office for the team to grab their lunch, we haven’t looked back.
Noho
Designed and made in Wellington using sustainable ingredients like castor beans, discarded carpets and recycled fishing nets. They were a no brainer when we needed to update our boardroom chairs.
We're dedicated to nurturing a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.
